Ortus Charters was founded by Captains Mark Welcome and Scott Yelle, a pair of lifelong friends who turned their shared love for fishing and time on the water into a premier Cape Cod charter experience. With more than 20 years of fishing around the Cape, they know these waters inside and out.
Safety is at the core of everything we do. Our boat and all equipment are USCG-inspected, and every trip is planned with your comfort and well-being in mind. We take pride in offering a professional, family-friendly environment where guests can relax and enjoy the thrill of fishing, knowing they’re in capable hands.
Based out of Wellfleet, Massachusetts, we specialize in Striped Bass, Bluefish, and Bluefin Tuna, while also targeting Fluke, Haddock, Cod, and Black Sea Bass when in season.
